Not that Calvin is always the voice of reason or the epitome of wisdom, but in this situation, he sure hits the nail on the head.  It reminds me of many of my favorite lines from books or movies.  In the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie, at the very end, Captain Jack Sparrow says "Now, bring me that horizon."  Its one of my favorite lines. 

Both the above strip and the quote (along with many lines from my favorite books, which are way too many to quote here), give words to my inner spirit that longs to explore this amazing life with every fiber of my being.  These words explain, for me, all the amazing things that God has created for us to see, do, imagine, touch, feel, experience during this life.  Its such an awesome gift that we each have in front of us.  Where I am going next?  What does the Father and His calendar have next for me?  Who knows - isn't that part of the fun - not knowing?  He will take the lead, just fall into step.
